Hiring a machine is simple. You just need to choose your preferred machine(s) and proceed to create a customer account and then checkout to make your initial payments. Once that payment has been made, you will be prompted to sign in to your customer account in order to sign your hire agreement, provide proof of identification and set up your direct debit.
We will get in touch via email within 1-2 working days to arrange delivery on a date of your choosing. Your machine will arrive via courier with minimal assembly required either boxed or on a pallet depending on the machine type.
If you are looking for ways to get started with your new machine, we offer a range of training plans and fitness tests to help maximise your workouts, no matter what goals you have in mind.
Make sure to keep any packaging that comes with your machine to speed up the collection process, as you will need this to return your machine. When you are ready, simply contact us to arrange a convenient weekday for collection. Once returned we will cancel your direct debit and refund your deposit upon a satisfactory inspection of your machine.
