Whether your requirements are for one day or one year, we can cater to your event needs and only provide equipment in the best condition after thorough inspection from our specialist team.

We'll agree delivery & collection dates with you in advance for a suitable time around the event. We deliver all across the UK via our bespoke in-house courier for the majority of postcodes in England & Wales, or use a dedicated courier service for those more remote locations.

Event Hire Pricing

Wattbike = £150 per month (minimum hire term: 1 day)

Concept 2 Rowing Machine = £75 per month (minimum hire term: 1 day)

*Please note: All hires from 1 day up to 1 month will be charged at £150 and full payment is required via BACS before dispatch of the equipment.

Event hires are priced separately from our standard hire options and carry a higher deposit to cover any damage to the hire equipment

Further Details

Machines will be delivered unassembled door-to-door on your chosen date; delivery costs may vary and will be arranged upon enquiry.
Please give us a minimum of 5 working days' notice via email for the collection of the machine.
Payment is required via BACS prior to the dispatch of the machine.
The deposit will be returned via BACS once the machine has been collected and inspected for damage.
Important Information - We require 14 working days notice to guarantee order. Subject to stock availability.
